Sky-Hopper almost ready for untethered flight

In the past week we made some improvement to our power pack. Our flight tests keep getting higher, longer and more stable. The ropes you see in the picture do not really have a function other then act as safeguard should something go wrong. It raises the question, when does a test with a person flying a tethered aircraft stop being just a test and become a manned flight?
